Montibello remains a favorite South Park neighborhood  Prices have continued to rise as homeowners love the community's proximity to South Park Mall, Carmel Country Club, Uptown and I-485.  The nieghborhood was originally developed in the 1970's.  Many of the homes are seeing major renovations and some buyers are tearing down the exisiting homes to build new -- espcially on the lots that are on Carmel Country Club golf course.
